Because we work mostly on a partnership basis, the development process is more of a cycle than a straight line. Through every phase of that cycle we apply our decades of market expertise from land acquisition, construction and leasing to the sale of the asset. The end result is an investment process that becomes more refined and more responsive with each project we work on, ultimately benefiting both McShane and our partners.
